• To reply to your enquiry and give you a quote (steps before a contract, or our legitimate interests).
• To carry out the work you ask us to do (contract).
• To keep business and tax records (legal obligation).

Who we share it with

Only with those needed to do the job, such as sellers, auction houses, delivery and storage partners, our accountants, and IT and email providers. Some of these are outside the UK. Where that happens we take reasonable steps to protect your information. We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for up to 12 months. Records of completed work are kept for at least 6 years for legal and tax reasons.
